   Rude obnoxious owner. Used to come here for embroidery on my sons school jumpers. It's always been so lovely to deal with them until now with staff going above and beyond to help. I don't know what's changed but the current owner is hideous and needs a lesson in how to be nice and courteous towards others. We buy organic cotton jumpers from elsewhere so son isn't directly exposed to cancer causing forever chemicals pfas on his body or skin. I was basically told to go away because there's no way that three jumpers could possibly be embroidered weeks in advance of school starting, despite me doing this for years previously. Just a vile and unprofessional individual. Will never go back. Unfortunately school photos are also taken through this company. I will speak with school to see if an alternative is available. I will never take my money there ever again. No need to be so vile.

   Loop Wear was excellent when I first dealt with them. They produced numerous high quality items for me at a great price. However recent attempts to reorder have been ignored and I know need to find a new supplier. Not sure why they don’t communicate back and a shame as they were great to begin with.

   I'd just like to say a huge thank you. I ordered my childrens uniform from yourselves to be delivered at work. Unfortunately, Hermes delivered it and left it by the bins....you can guess what happened next!!!!!!! I emailed Loop Wear to tell them what had happened. They responded straight away and sent a new order out, keeping me in "the loop" (no pun intended!) all the way :) Can't praise them enough :) thank you :)

   Disappointed to find store closed when I wanted to buy uniform. Notice on door not ideal for people travelling when have a spare hr. I now have no PE kit for start of school as away for weekend.

   Great place to buy school uniforms for the schools around and about. Lots of toys, boardgames and models...a local business that has personal and friendly service. Right in the centre of town. Always been more than happy. Highly recommended.
