Alison went above and beyond to get them in store for me! They even recognised me as I was walking across the car park some time later - to update me on progress! “Great place to visit if you like spending time browsing, not once were we approached or bothered by the staff, even though it was fairly quiet when we visited. You will spend a fair bit of time in the upstairs antiques area, as there is something there for everyone, and prices from a few bob to whatever you fancy. They do have a lift to different floors, and there are a few eating areas.”

“Amazing customer service, the staff are so helpful and went above and beyond for my order when I couldn't arrange to collect it. Good quality uniform that has withstood the test of time with my teenage son but unfortunately not pubescent growth spurts! They don't provide you with uniform that fits for now and will only last 5 minutes they measure and accommodate for growing kids so it's good value for money when you consider how long they last. Thank you so much for such a pleasant interaction!”

“Lovely selection of clothing but I found that the 'Sewing Room' where I get everything altered is actually moving to Barker Gate, Ilkeston (near Tesco, at the back of McDonald's) The ladies in the Sewing Room really do a wonderful job of shortening trousers and all sorts of clothing alteration ☺”

“I rang Pavers to check they had the shoe in the size I wanted which they did and said they could save for me. Being temporarily disabled I was unable to get into the store, the lift was not working and there are 9 steps up inside to get to the 'ground' floor. The assistant Clare I had spoken to on the phone, came down to the car with the shoes and another pair but she said she had more than she thought were more suitable, and they were! I also bought slippers, Clare went far above the normal level of service expected and I was very happy with my purchases. I have bought from them on several previous occasions and always been very satisfied. Please get the lift mended! September 2024.”

“Not quite sure what the lady is on about saying the staff chatted amongst themselves and they was the only one in the shop so left and said the staff are rude … personally I hate it when you go in a shop and the staff pounce on you .. the staff here are great and so helpful when trying to make returns now it’s changed .. think the previous lady is the one with the issue … ask if you need help .. they would help !
