    I rang Pavers to check they had the shoe in the size I wanted which they did and said they could save for me. Being temporarily disabled I was unable to get into the store, the lift was not working and there are 9 steps up inside to get to the 'ground' floor. The assistant Clare I had spoken to on the phone, came down to the car with the shoes and another pair but she said she had more than she thought were more suitable, and they were! I also bought slippers, Clare went far above the normal level of service expected and I was very happy with my purchases. I have bought from them on several previous occasions and always been very satisfied. Please get the lift mended! September 2024.

This shop is within the Armstrong Mill complex in Ilkeston. One could spend over an hour looking through the range of outlets within the mill. Parking is adequate and free.
