    Not quite sure what the lady is on about saying the staff chatted amongst themselves and they was the only one in the shop so left and said the staff are rude … personally I hate it when you go in a shop and the staff pounce on you .. the staff here are great and so helpful when trying to make returns now it’s changed .. think the previous lady is the one with the issue … ask if you need help .. they would help ! There not mind readers !

    Went in with my daughter only us in the shop ,3 ignorant staff members chatted among themselves,didn’t ask if we needed anything dam right rude ,we went to a different clothes shop round the corner and staff were fantastic

    I absolutely love this store! They have done very well to remain open during recent times where many of the smaller new looks have been closed down. For such a small store it carries a great range of clothing, shoes, accessories and some undies too! I noticed today they have a small selection of the ‘Apricot’ range. The staff are friendly and helpful. Store is clean and tidy. Click and collect is available here. I always call in for a browse even if I’m in town for something other. New Look, if you read this review, I’m willing to bet this is the best kept store you have with the best staff!
