“Not quite sure what the lady is on about saying the staff chatted amongst themselves and they was the only one in the shop so left and said the staff are rude … personally I hate it when you go in a shop and the staff pounce on you .. the staff here are great and so helpful when trying to make returns now it’s changed .. think the previous lady is the one with the issue … ask if you need help .. they would help ! There not mind readers !”
