   We needed a new cooker I spoke to several dealers after viewing the cooker on line to confirm it was an ALL gas cooker not dual fuel, the people I spoke to were not very helpful, 1 even gave me information about a totally wrong cooker ! I contacted the appliance village he confirmed what I need to know, and pointed out that the model I had asked about was actually the older model, he had in stock the new model. We drove across to the shop viewed the cooker, bought it and brought it home. You could deal with nicer, more helpful people. I highly recommend them.

   Ordered a Beko tumble dryer on line on Monday with a delivery slot for Saturday. Easily able to check it was in stock and no problem with getting the delivery day. Driver and his mate helpful and polite when they delivered. Appliance competitively priced too.
