Do not get parcels sent here, my parcel lost I presume someone has picked it up and walked out without it as they leave all parcels in a bag for you to search for your own now to try and claim back nearly £200
This shop is horrible just like the owner, I have had problems every time I had a package to pick up, not to mention the fact that every inpost and evri packages are mixed together. The owner is disrespectful and has no manners towards his customers and always has stupid comments to give, he is never willing to help and a few days ago I witnessed him getting aggressive towards a customer. He tried to lay his hands on her and wouldn't let her pick up her parcel until she found it on the floor, a few minutes before he said that her parcel wasn't there. If I could I would give him 0 stars.
iffy products now and then but after over a consistent around 2 years of going to this shop, the shopkeeper has grown fond of me so this might be a bit bias, but i feel like this is a good corner store with good overall products just lacks in the consistency a little.
If I could give this shop 0 stars then I would! Awful store. Do not arrange click and collect from here unless youre willing to search for your own parcel thats located somewhere within 1 of several huge containers that hold hundreds of other parcels. Huge security issue as I could have easily walked out with someone else's parcel. Person working unwilling to help and only laughed at the difficult situation his customers were in. Will never step foot in this shop again. Cluttered and dirty.
Im white and I went here with my mixed uncle, I got smiled at I got offered help but the old guy who i presume owns the shop decided to judge my uncle and asked me over and over again whether he was bothering me and when my uncle went to pay he attempted to add an extra fiver on for my uncle to pay when all we got was a quick snack which was less than £3. This place is ridiculous and if you aren't white or perhaps his own race then you're going to be treated like your existence is futile.
