Atrocious customer service. Shop assistant very unwilling to assist. He is always on his mobile He doesn't take pride in his work as the shop is dirty and untidy. I take return parcels when I asked the Indian gentleman at the time to assist me he threw the parcel across the room to the parcel room. It was a fragile item. This is not how a civilised and professional employee should behave towards his British customers May I suggest formal college raining, lessons in what is good customer service and not or change profession He forgets it's us customers that put food on his table and helps pay for hlivelyhood as a guest in this country. Now I have excellent service elsewhere. He packs, bags, prints address off sticksand puts parcels in post room without complaining or having to be asked and he does so with a smile. Further more there is no personal mobile phone in sight.!!!
