They never put xtra tills on when it's busy it's always the cigarette counter and there only one mainly working it when everyone else is chatting, they shud open xtra tills when there is more than 6 people queuing up especially when some of them have got trolleys full. There is enough staff.

I have found this to be a very good "convenience" store, not as large as a supermarket, but good for top-up shopping or small amounts of shopping. There are plenty of car park spaces including "blue badge", but please be aware that parking is strictly limited to 45 minutes with parking control cameras. Those who have not visited recently may be unaware of this. Inside the store there is a very useful free cash machine, 3 self-service tills, and an attended till. There are further attended tills which are only used at the busiest times. There are "click and collect" facilities too for Amazon and eBay online orders. The store has long opening hours every day, which is another bonus. Overall, prices are higher than the main supermarkets, but it's a compromise which is sometimes worth paying for the convenience of local shopping with a wide choice.

Dropped off a parcel for a DPD collection which was not scanned correctly, Parcel was then lost for 3 weeks in the system. Customer no longer needed the items as the delivery date was missed. No real sincere apology for any of this at all either. Unfortunately there isn't an option for Zero star on this review.

Limited range of produce, more expensive than rivals, convenience comes at a cost. Friendly staff and clear layout.

Nice clean well run medium sized supermarket where you can get all your weeks shopping in a relaxed atmosphere. This is more like the co-op supermarkets we had back in the 70s and 80s and not just a convenience store, I so wish there were more co-op shops like this one.

Slow staff on tills, normally large que with only one serving, food is very much overpriced.

Lovely staff always willing to engage and with a smile. A good selection of items on the pricey side but they have a fantastic £5 frozen meal/dessert offer containing some great items. Better now they self service tills but if they just had more manned tills service times would be vastly improved.
