Sarah at the till was very pleasant. She called through to the deputy manager because the costa machine said it needed some milk or coffee beans. The deputy manager gave an excuse that the machine needs cleaning and will take 15 to 10 mins.. I know these ma lines well and it just needed the milk topping up so customers could enjoy their coffee.. it seemed that the help was not available from the deputy manager so an excuse was given rather than taking 3 mins to top the milk up.... sent over to the garage instead... guy at the garage was polite and happy to serve. Overall I wouldn't go out my way to shop at this store as help seems too far away..

The store was quite dirty on our visit today I don't think the floors have seen a mop in quite a few years! Asked a question to the staff in the self service area regarding a price on my receipt and was simply told to go to the cigarette kiosk? Luckily the manger I think Jonathan was there and was very helpful, thank you.

I haven't come on slag anyone off, I just one too know why Morrisons is turning into a Lidl the fresh meat stand has been taken away, they are putting in new fridges well I say new fridges they look second hand? All the meats have been put in them horrible plastic packets. At one time I walk in there and ask for two nice Pieces's of tuna cut to the way I liked it but now evan that is in plactic packages. It is clearly turning into a Lidl, I always buy my bread from and have it sliced by one of the girls who are always polite but is that another thing they will be doing away with.

When I visit, I ask the security guard for what I need and I am pointed in the general direction and directly to an employee who is very knowledgeable. I was assisted to sections that they think I would need to go with the products I ordered. So my time there was very efficiently used. The employees I spoke with were friendly, took the time out, first to understand and then answered my very weird questions. Thanks guys for your help today. Very much appreciated.

I stood in que at main reception. An old lady gave cashier Sharon 12/13 scratch cards this morning. Sharon wasn’t happy. Kept repeating you can’t bring this many in Don’t do this again it’s not acceptable. She moaned & moaned. The lady won £50 then brought a raffle ticket. I’m so angry with myself for not saying anything. Sharon belittled this small elderly lady from start of service. Absolutely appalling. I have never wittiness anything like this before. I think she needs retraining & shown how to smile NO where does it state you can’t bring a certain amount of cards in. When you buy that amount are you supposed to bring back 1 at a time to please Sharon

Poorly ran branch. Front of store often poorly laid out with half-wrapped pallets of stock. Petrol station staff park their cars in front of the Amazon lockers so you can rarely park there. You can guarantee of an evening there will be one colleague on the tobacco kiosk and one on checkouts, with self-service unmanned. Every week there are 3-6 self checkout lanes flashing red for staff attendance with nobody to help. I blame the management, disastrous service!

I have just visited Morrisons Kingswinford and items purchased would not scan at the self checkout, not just mine, other customers. I asked for assistance and was told that there were only two staff on the shop floor and the staff member was too busy to assist. The other staff member was on a till with a massive queue. Outcome was, shopping left at the till and I then visited Lidl and were greeted by pleasant staff who clearly valued their customers.

Boxing Day visit - store was lovely and quiet, clean and tidy. Lovely pieces of Fresh fish at a good reduced price, all essentials available. Worth a visit. Noticed fuel was reduced too.
