Very disappointed service treid to return a wrongly supplied lamp,and was accused of swapping the lamp myself in the box which was not the case
Took a tube back that was faulty (We fitted it and it blew straight away). Was told that we had put a different tube back in the packaging and had to buy a new tube! Really silly as we have a garage full of these lamps and we were intending to buy more but we'll use a different company now!
