   I visited this store today looking for a non alcoholic spirit. Something that gave the “burn” of alcohol. Spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable guy called Mark who talked me through the different options and their ingredients. We settled on one called Three Spirits. I can confirm that it absolutely did the trick! Thank you, Mark! Will definitely be shopping here again!

   The place is lovely, but the service lacks. I had made a "click and collect" order for a fast and easy way to get what i want, instead, when i arrived, nobody acknowledged my presence for 20 minutes. One of the sales people was on the phone and the other one was giving his full attention to another customer that was there before me. I am not saying that they should have dropped whatever they were doing but at least a "hey, i will be with you in a minute" would have been nice.

   Great selection of wine (as you would expect) but the staff, although really friendly & helpful with carrying stuff to your car, did not seem that knowledgeable about wine. I would also suggest a little bit more expensive than a big supermarket but maybe the wines are slightly better quality. Directors/owners/bosses...up your staff knowledge and you'll fend off the competition.
