I went into the shop yesterday morning and was greeted by Mandy. She went above and beyond & I learnt more about my feet in 15 minutes than I had in 70 years. She is a credit to her employer.

Mandy served me when I came in today with my 1 and 3 year old, who needed new shoes. She was really lovely with them and sorted them out with some shoes that the kids were very pleased with! She was also patient and funny with them as they ran around the shop showing them off! Thank you!
Jane at the NA branch was brilliant, very polite with a friendly smile. I mentioned about a handbag I’d seen previously and she said it was no trouble to go and look if it was still ‘out the back’. She returned with said bag so that was great. Fabulous service.
