   I received really helpful service from a staff member named Callum. I thought my order had been delayed or sent to the wrong store, but Callum was so kind and patient. He first checked my email to confirm the delay, then asked for my surname to look up the order. He quickly found the issue and explained everything clearly, which really put my mind at ease.    Absolutely awful! I wanted a new suit for my upcoming wedding. I wanted to buy one online as I do most of the time as you cut out the expensive middle broker so-to-speak but my partner convinced me that it would be better to actually see and try on the suit before purchasing. So began the farce. Found a nice suit but didn't have trouser in my size but they said they could could order some in for the next day. "That's fine" we said, but after twiddling around with a hand held gadget for several minutes she apologized saying she was new and they have a new system.. ok,so we walked up to another cashier and tried there. Young man.. friendly enough pulls out the same style gadget that the other cashier had and after a few minutes said" sorry, but I'm new here and we have a new system in place,and the signal is not good, keeps buffering!" If was like something from a comedy sketch. We spent the next part of 25 minutes waiting whilst their "gadgets" buffered. Appalling customer service. This is why the high street shop is struggling. Inflated prices and nonexistent customer service. I should have stayed at home, clicked my laptop mouse a few times and look forward to my new suit arriving the next day.

   I usually love next but returned a dress today & was served by the most miserable, rude young woman! Totally shouldn’t be in a customer care position. I was so annoyed felt compelled to leave this review.
