A great place for a party. Everything is done for you, so no unnecessary stress. There is a large play area which is perfect to entertain the children. The staff are friendly and helpful, in particular Stacey she really made my sons birthday party perfect. Thank you Stacey.
Looking dated and the worse coffee in town. Carpets need a clean and basically jaded. The staff are pleasant enough and the kids seemed to enjoy it though
Absolutely great place to tire the kids out. Lots to do, not expensive even the grown ups can have a go. There isn't really a time limit. Will definitely going back. I can't put pictures up as it's a children's play area but would recommend it to you all.
I believe with credit where it is due. Today on the last day of the very busy school holidays we visited. The staff were rushed off their feet. An amazing lady called Joanne Timms was a credit to the company. She was busy delivering food to all the tables, and came across my granddaughter crying. She asked why. My granddaughter explained between snivels that a lad on the play area had kicked her in her back and was so nasty to her. Joanne, took the time out to bend down to attend to her. She made her feel so much better by reassuring her that she will keep a look out for her and not to be upset by wiping her tears away, and to enjoy her last day before school. Just amazing to see someone that actually cares these days in their job. Well done!! Employee of the month!! The food eaten was excellent considering it was only burger. I think the burgers may have been freshly made as not fatty and extremely filling as absolutely massive! All staff were very friendly, and considering how many were there I was surprised to see the loo's so clean. I'm afraid I can't comment on entry price as I didn't pay, my mother git in first. However, whatever the cost there was no time limit and we were there for 3 hours. So if it was approx a couple of quid per hour each, it was great value!!
Overall great little place, areas for younger toddlers too, little cafe. Only reason it gets 4 and not 5 stars was the noise of some of the ball machines and location isn't the easiest to get to for pedestrians with children. Will definitely go back though

Just had my sons birthday party here. At first I was a little overwhelmed how big and busy the play area is but after visiting once before his party I was put at ease. The ladies work extremely hard and it's very busy, expect to queue for a hot drink or to place an order for food but service is speedy once you get there. I hired out the larger space for the party with the sofa space for adults to rest whilst the kids went crazy in the soft play! Food was good and the package for the party was very reasonable. I would come Here again.
This place is fantastic, I come here regularly with my children, the prices are good, there is not limit to how long you stay and the place is really clean. We had our daughters 6th party here today, with 25 kids, they gave us the top floor to ourself due to amount of people, the staff were fab, the kids food was hot and quality was great, plus enough to fill them up, with a lush vanilla ice cream to top it off and the kids had a blast! Would deffo recommend- the kids ages ranged from 3-13 and they all enjoyed it! Lots to do, a great day out.
The children enjoyed it. There is plenty of space for the children to run around and explore. Food and drink can be bought from the cafe . It is reasonable price. The staff are friendly and clearly trained in effective customer service. Care was taken to clear the tables and to vacuum the carpet. A useful place to visit when it is raining and you need the children to run off some energy.
