Everyone had a lot to do: kids with all their activities and adults had enough space to catch up! Most importantly, thank you to all the staff who always had a smile, always helpful. I’d recommend this venue again and again, even better if you’d love the exclusive package

   Had our son's 7th birthday party here and it was amazing! He had the most amazing time, such a lovely, clean, safe and enjoyable space. Kayleigh and Kelly looked after us and I can't recommend them more! Lovely, professional and such friendly ladies. Absolute credit to the business! We will 100% be returning!

   We have booked there for my son’s 6th birthday, the were 10 kids in total. They all had so much fun the food was great the softarea was amazing kids didn’t want to come out because of the fun they are having. Hiring a mascot was great too I would recommend it. The service was amazing and everyone was super nice and helpful. I want to thank you Franki and Lola’s Walsall for employing Morgan she was a star she made sure everything go so smoothly. My wife and I would like to thank her so much for making our kid 6th birthday so special.

   Wow. One of the best soft plays we've been to in the local area. A good range of activities for older kids and young ones. Along with a big space for parents. It was big, bright, inviting and generally clean. The menu also looked good. I was also impressed by baby change in the men's toilets and the large space provided for parties. If I could offer some constructive criticism: - The football area is somewhat hidden away and as such has next to no lighting in it. Some air floaters may be better than the tatty football in there too. -There was staff on shift but a lot of messy tables during our visit. We were there for nearly 2 hours and the same tables had rubbish on from when we arrived. There was also cheesy wotsits sprawled everywhere which could cause a hazard if a kid with a milk allergy was to pick one up out of curiosity. -Lastly some better vegan options would've enticed us to buy some food. It was good to have an option but personally I wouldn't order it. The above is only constructive, I would definitely come back and was happy with our experience here. Would recommend.

   I have taken my son to many soft play places but Frankie + Lola's is by far the best soft play. Very clean, and a lovely atmosphere, staff members are great and helpful. Will definitely be coming back again.

   Went to Frankie and Lolas yesterday with my daughter. We have been loads of times and never had a bad experience. It's always nice and clean. The staff are always friendly and super helpful. It's wonderful at the moment that they are offering free food during the six weeks holidays. My daughter had toast and fruit which was fresh and well presented. Well done to the team, you are doing an amazing job!

   Loved this place it was spacious and very clean. I went with 4 kids and they all thoroughly enjoyed themselves. You get 90 mins of play and at the moment with their summer offer kids get free meal boxes! Which is amazing. Me and my sister enjoyed a halal meal which was a bonus. I’m already planning on going again with friends I love this place.

   First time I have come here and it is absolutely lovely, friendly helpful polite staff. Charlie, Amy & Kristen really looked after us all and were great from the off. Place is so clean and the food is scrumptious too. We get to genuinely relax, catch up, watch kids and enjoy. Different play areas for different ages is brilliant too. Not just for kids parents get a break too. Menu is perfect and ideal for everyone. Not too costly all well worth it. Such a great place I have only been to a few and this is by far is no comparison and it truly is the best, clean, bright, spacious and somehow relaxing. I can not recommend this place enough the staff do an amazing job of looking after everyone and keeping the it all clean too. Thanks and will be seeing you soon.

   Very clean and open. Staff are very friendly and always cleaning up. They a 3 areas of play suitable for all children. My daughters favourite thing is definitely the massive slide. We have had a party here which was lovely and all kids had a lovely time. Also attended toddler sessions where my 2 year old had fun and it was really relaxing. We have also been to the afternoon sessions where all girls have enjoyed themselves
