   Absolutely terrible service... No one is interested into advising or selling you anything... Had to buy socks to try trainers on which is okay, I'll use them anyway... tried one pair of shoes asked if they have anything else in my size only to be told that it's getting late and under governments regulations they can't sell anything after 6pm on Sunday. Which is ok also only thing it was 25 mins to 6.

   Absolutely terrible service. Went tonight for a gait analysis and the assistant hadn’t got a clue as to what she was looking at. She had the cheek to ask us what we thought and then charged us £15 as they didn’t have the shoes that we wanted in the size required. I can’t recommend highly enough to go somewhere else if you want your gait analysed.

   Terrible service. I was in the store 15 minutes at women’s running shoe section and wasn’t approached by anyone despite two members of staff talking to each other just across from me. I was interested in making a purchase but won’t be back.
