My partner and I would like to say an enormous thank you to Sarah and Ian for the most spectacular birthday party, held today for our little boy, aged 3. We chose the exclusive hire option for 20 children and added the sweetie cones and ice cream as optional extras. All the children had an absolute blast and the parents were able to sit back, relax and enjoy watching their little ones have a great time. Everything was taken care of. We literally turned up with the birthday boy and a cake. Sarah and Ian took care of everything else meaning the whole experience ran without a hitch and zero stress to us. These parties are very well organised and excellent value for money. The food served to the children, a mix of hot and cold, was delicious. The ice cream was served in bowls with an individual selection of toppings for each child with the option to add 3 different sauces - this looked ace and was a lovely treat for the children. The sweetie cones were full of sweets instead of a cheaper alternative of mainly popcorn with a few sweets thrown in at the top (you see that a lot these days) and the party bags were next level with a lovely book inside, some sweets, a home made cookie and a puzzle. No expense spared on the Sarah and Ian’s part. We are truly grateful for such a wonderful experience and a lovely time celebrating our little man’s third birthday. It was a first for a lot of children who attended today and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Thankfully, Sarah and Ian are experts at organising and getting everything ready, just what busy parents need!
Had my daughters 4th birthday here a few weeks ago and honestly could not fault anything. Ian and Sarah were amazing and so helpful from the moment we book up until the very end of the party.
Tucked away on an industrial estate, you would be forgiven for thinking "am I in the right place?" The exterior could do more to signpost this hidden gem. We were invited to "Panda-monium" for a closed, children's birthday party this morning and we're pleasantly surprised by the clean, well priced, small soft play area. There are two slides, a ball pit and some apparatus for the children to enjoy, with ample seating for parents. The party was almosted entirely hosted by the staff, even the party bags were provided, I don't remember the exact price but it was around £260 for 25 children and £7.50 per head for extra attendees for 2 hours dedicated use of the venue. The female staff organised the event with no pandemonium! The parent of the party knew exactly what was going to happen and when, allowing her to enjoy time with the children and other parents. We are tempted to book a party here too as I strongly recommend it for the convenience and value. Ultimately, the children had a great time, regardless of how I felt about it! My son loved the food, and both children thoroughly enjoyed it. While it's a bit out of the way for us (18 miles) we would have a party here and will go back if we're journeying through Telford again.

We called in for breakfast and time for the little one to play. He had a great time, and we got to enjoy a sausage sandwich, coffee and tea cakes. Lovely as always.
We had my daughter’s 3rd birthday party there today and were so impressed by everything they did to make the party special and personal for her (even helping her to not feel so overwhelmed by inviting Dave the Sloth to come and join her). Sarah was patient and thoughtful in every thing that she did during the party to make sure that all the children (especially the birthday girl) were happy and having fun. We are so happy that we chose Panda-monium for her party, and will be back time and time again for some soft play fun! And if you are unsure about booking for a kids party, let this sway you…. The cookies in the party bags are the absolute best I’ve ever tasted!
Excellent place to bring the kids, perfect size to keep an eye on the them but let the run wild. Hand gel all over, regularly cleaned by the staff who are friendly and only to happy to help. Food is great and well priced. They also have a separate party food area. They have heaters on when it’s cold out and open the shutter in the summer. Call before attending in case it’s been fully booked for parties
