Purchased a faulty tumble dryer, asked for it to be picked up. The shop forgot. Had to return it to the shop one week later. Had to chase up what was happening with my machine - no contact from shop. Purchased machine from another shop 2 weeks ago. Still waiting on my refund. Owner keeps saying he will transfer it but still haven't received it.
Picked up an under counter fridge that was well priced here.

Great deals, shady workmanship & communication. Delivery and payment all fine. However no aftercare in place or regard for their customer. Money grabbing without accepting responsibility for any damage done. It has now got to the point I'm done talking to myself via messenger. Messages being read and ignored. A solicitor has now been instructed - done talking to myself.
