Excellent service in paignton store today. A very friendly, happy lady called sharron ordered my shoes as unavailable in store. She made the process extremely simple and I even got free delivery to my home. Excellent service sharron and well done shoezone. This is whst customers really want.
DO NOT USE. This company thinks it's perfectly acceptable for shoes to fall apart within a month and won't allow you to return the faulty goods as they have been worn. How do you know they're faulty until you've worn them and they fall apart? Poor attitude of shop staff. Very unhelpful. Shoddy quality, don't waste your time or money.

Sharon was friendly and extremely helpful, offering to find additional stock, showing other styles of shoes etc, and was overall lovely to talk to. Didn’t make us feel like an inconvenience at all, going out of her way to help. Excellent example of customer service.
