   Purchased a jumper as a gift for Christmas. I kept hold of receipt. The recipient of the jumper went to exchange at next Torquay . Didn’t want a refund just exchange. Assistant scanned jumper & said that exchange not possible as item wasn’t paid for. Assistant was very rude to an 84 year old lady & implied that the jumper was stolen. I will be going to next tomorrow with my receipt for full refund .

   Still a great man shop… Easy access to the men’s department as well as changing rooms. Staff really helpful have good banter. Good selection of shoes and nicely laid out. Directional lighting towards the garments is a plus. It’s also got a Home section upstairs and a Costa coffee.

   It's not a very big store but it's at a convenient location with parking right outside the entrance and a Costa upstairs. It's right next to a large Home Bargains too - so that's always worth a look. There is currently a sale on, but nothing to our taste so we came out of Next empty handed on this occasion.

   Great shop everything you need at decent price’s. Went in for a pair of jeans and no problems in finding what I wanted. This is a very good mens and ladies cloths shop, although it would be nicer if it was in the town.

   The Manager of this store is extremely rude and misinformed with the information he gives out. I was outside the store 10 metres from the entrance keeping social distance and herd a male shouting from inside the store. I thought that I should look up as I thought there was some trouble from the front on the queue. In fact it was directed at me and he was shouting, telling me to put my mask on. As I'm (mask exempt) I didn't have one on and I was keeping good distance from the people in the queue. He didn't ask if I was Mask Exempt and said infront on everyone belittling me I was putting other customers at risk. I have made a formal complaint and waiting for a response from Next, who said that masks only have to be worn inside the store not outside.

   Nice tidy store, not my price range but has a home section upstairs and now a Costa Coffee which opened last year. Friendly staff in both and worth a look at the reduced lines in Next when they appear. Home delivery available from Next, when stock is available it's a prompt courier service, my frustrations are with items off different sizes not being in store to look at and feel often been told to get the items online.
