   Paul is such a great guy, didn’t straight up try to push a new appliance, but helped us troubleshoot on the phone to save us a call out fee; once we knew the replacement was 100% required, he offered a good price on a decent Bosh dishwasher model. Very responsive, polite, easygoing - would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a repair or new appliance.

Whilst our 11-year old machine sadly wasn't worth repairing, Paul was able to provide and install a new washing machine (with 5-year warranty) on the spot and take the old one away.
