Excellent design and counter staff. Their after sales service on their Lamona appliances is second to none, I’d recommend them to everyone!

After a nightmare with finding a Good kitchen fitter , we finally got a kitchen ordered with Howdens . One staff member doesn't know what the other has done . They are falsely nice on the phone but genuinely an absolutely nightmare to work with . I've had so many issues and so many false promises. The kitchen is of good quality and I've had loads of compliments, it was fitted by fantastic fitters but there has been so many small issues that just feel like they are never going to be resolved. Too many phone calls and visits down for the staff to not know what's actually happening about the situation. I really would advice against using this company if you want a full fitted kitchen without hassles on going for over 3 weeks after fitting.

As a general contractor and kitchen installer, Howdens is the #1 choice by far. The staff in Newtownards could not be more helpful, they make it a delight to call in and get any bits and pieces I need. My clients also value the time, patience and love the computer aid drawings of their proposed kitchen so they get the feel of it and the chance to make tweaks before anything has started; making my job more efficient. First time I had been to Howdens. Absolutely we will be back. Staff member a lady could not have more helpful was able to give us lots of information regarding doors.
Total con man in the newtownards store . Deffrant prices on same items. Machine marks on units . Very exspensive for poor quality .bad coustomer relations cant answer phones or emails but be standing smoking brains out when you arrive at the store to see what's happning I could go on .
