Wanted an item but yet again not in store .sending me to another store or I had to wait. This happened before on next day delivery and it took 8 days. I agree it's a small store but you can't get items even on sale. Staff excellent and do their best

I was in argos.carrickfergus today and David was so helpful. He ensured the bracket i bought was correct for the tv. He was helpful. I have a speech impediment however he let me take my time. We are quick to complain but not so quick to compliment.

How does anybody get through on the phone to Argos Carrickfergus?? I have a query for the manager in charge and I've tried about 10 times today! Each time going through options only to be told they're busy and can't answer!! This is soul destroying. M Young
Wouldn't accept credit card statement as proof of purchase to return faulty item. Against clear terms and conditions on argos website.

I came in with an item that was faulty and the staff here were extremely friendly and helped me straight away. Thanks to them I have a replacement item coming tomorrow :)
