   Not very reliable! While Marc sounded pleasant enough when making the appointment he didnt actually turn up the next day which was very inconvenient as it was our washing machine that was broken. I tried messaging and calling him but he didnt reply nor answer. The least he could have done was to call me (or answer my call) to say that he wasnt going to make it, not very professional if you ask me. I cant comment on his actual work as that was done by someone else.

   Can't speak for expertise in other appliances but can confirm not capable of fixing my espresso machine. Left the water pressure too high so attempted to fix problem by drilling hole in pressure gasket thus ruining it. After two attempts, the machine is still not working after paying for agreed work. There were also parts missing when the machine was returned including knobs on the base and a scratch along top of machine.

   As a regular user of Amazon I think that everyone should post a genuine comment on how good the product is. Simply it helps others to make a more informed decision. As for the service, the price and professionalism I have to say I would thoroughly recommend using the company. The work was done without any fuss, the outcome excellent and the price did not require a sudden intake of breath. Marc was friendly and I cannot thank him enough. (PS I'm no relation)

   Called Mark at lunchtime as needed the element in my oven replaced...he arrived by dinner time and fitted the new element. Extremely happy with how quickly he arrived and his call out and cost for part reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

   Called Marc at last minute to repair fridge/freezer. Arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed fault and advised that wasn't worth repairing. Sourced and installed (it was an integrated machine) a new one within 24h and removed the old one all for £300. Will be using again, highly recommended!
