   highly recommend! i got a chair from here recently and the lady serving me was so lovely, she helped me pick out which chair i wanted and then assisted me getting it in the car because i had my toddler with me. the chair was very reasonably priced too!

   Its been my third visit here. Even connswater restore is very near to me I do prefer here because of the fantastic collection and very attractive price with amazing service. They have got the best staff there. Last time I purchased a wardrobe and the guy check the measurements before I load to car and he himself help to load the wardrobe and tied up to my car as it was long and my boot was to keep open. Such a gentleman he is. The stock keep changing everytime and beds, mattresses and wardrobes are the best there. They do arrange delivery also.

   Could utilise Facebook better. If someone has access to their fb account to put stock on several times a week, perhaps they could read comments and message and maybe reply to them.

   Desperately in need of a rethink. Poor layout, chaotic stacking and dumping of donated items, upstairs things are just haphazardly shoved in a corner that could easily be tripped over. Occasionally you'll find a worthwhile item, but very much pot luck. Staff and volunteers are friendly though, but don't expect them to be attentive on your arrival.
