Shop closed but still taking orders and money saying in Joy your meal and doesn't turn up just eat don't want to do anything you phone restaurant and get answer machine so no money back 23 out of pocket
Great Greek food always fresh and definitely worth it
I’m not one to leave reviews but fuming isn't even the word! Myself and my partner ordered through Uber eats over an hour before it arrived. Once arrived the fish and fritter were undercooked while the chips ordered separately were overcooked and far from fresh, the chips that were supposed to come with the fish, which were advertised on Uber eats, never came. Nothing that came was warm. The woman that answered the phone was also useless as she spoke over me as soon as I said the postcode and wouldn’t listen to a word I said. Won’t be ordering from here again.
Just made an order on uber eat to be waiting 1 hour and 30 to have food that was missing and cold I had fish and chip and the fish was very hard and tased like it had been in the holding bay all day very disappointed as called the place and was not we can't do any thing with the miss orders
Ordered a meal and the delivery was over an hour late despite two phone calls to chase up. When order arrived missing things and no free garlic bread as advertised as order over £20. Food was cold when we got it and had to be warmed up. Won't be using again
Disappointing gyros after receiving a good recommendation. No sauce - was requested on both. Not enough chips and mixed meat ratio was 90/10. Wish I’d spent my tenner elsewhere. Sorry.
Awful! Ordered several times, always late and missing items. This time food was over an hour late and missing whole meals aswell as items in other meals. Other food was burnt and not nice. Awful quality. When complained got fobbed off and spoken to very rudely by manager. Family member had same experienced and when left a bad review, was blocked from ordering again. If you want your food on time and containing all you paid for I do not recommend atlantis. Will not be ordering again.
Best chippy I've been to in ages. The fish is cooked fresh and the chips are delicious! Not only do they have the classic English chippy foods but lots of Greek specialities too (like gyros). But the best part is the staff: super friendly and welcoming. It's always a pleasure to go!!
We've had some good food from here before but I won't be going again. We just had to wait 90 minutes for delivery which when it arrived was almost cold, the fish and chips meal...everything was soaked with oil, fish was soggy with it. The fish portion was also very small. I was shocked at how small the restaurant had cut the portion of fish for £8.50 it was really bad. The food was obviously hot when it was dished up as the polystyrene container was melted and misshapen. We're all feeling the rise in prices but if I'm paying £25 for a meal from a chippy for 2 adults and a child it had better be good and it wasn't.
