3 times I've had small issues with an item and theres never an issue the guy peter is an absolute gentleman so chill that you want to go back for business. The big names on the high street or Internet purchases are a pain on the ass to get help so I will never ever use them again
What a shop with a long historic heritage of providing hardware to the local community. It is better than the big retailers that you'd have to travel for. If they don't have it I'd be surprised but they will get it as fast as possible. So ita thumbs up from me
Had a great experience with both the Randalstown and Antrim store. Bought a new oven which was delivered the following day, great, the only problem was it didn't quite fit, returned to the store and they couldn't have been more helpful, pulling ovens out so we could find one that fitted. We settled on one, this was delivered and fitted the next day, the first one lifted, back at the store, paperwork sorted, and all in less then 24 hours. Brilliant service. thank you.

We've shopped local and bought all our electrical devices from Hurrells over the years, and my wife and myself have been very happy with both their prices and service. Much more approachable than the likes of Curry's, and Jim who runs the local store is a true gent, a fountain of knowledge and throws in some great craic too. I always visit Hurrells Electrical in Antrim Town centre, with the intention of stopping briefly. All things electrical are bang up to date, and whilst it is small in space, the technology is mind-boggling. Having bought my current TV from Hurrells l would thoroughly recommend you try before you buy.
