Very dissatisfying. I needed trousers and jacket, new shoes and a shirt and I needed them immediately. After browsing the absolute mess of the place, I went to see if anything fitted. Wasted walk around the store. Must be the only clothes shop on the face of the earth with no fitting rooms. I had to leave it all back. No use at all if you need items for the same or next day. Unless you’re willing to buy 3 or 4 sizes and then go to the hastle of having to return.
Worst experience ever. Staff is most unhelpful and nasty. Got charged twice for all my items and once gone back to get refund, I was made to feel cheated and came across as I was lying. Even after checking CCTV I was told it wasn't their fault. Wouldn't be going back for sure.
Great place to go for some bargains. I need long leg trousers and always find them here. Junction one has improved over the last year with more shops opening.
A very good sized store with huge stocks
To be honest it's a bit like shopping in a charity shop, in that you need to rummage about for a bargain. The only reason I scored it so low was that it was awkward to navigate a wheelchair round the store
Great Woman's and Children's sections with fantastic prices. The men's section was very small with little choice.

Great shop if you looking for a bargain. There is a large variety of clothing, accessories & shoes available. Definitely worth a visit.
