   Want to say how helpful , pleasant and brill the staff are in The Range Ballymena. Enjoy shopping here as having great staff in this store make every shop a great experience. The staff which went above and beyond were called Melissa , Kirsty and Tyrone. Thankyou all for being so helpful at the Range .

   I live in Magherafelt, we go the the range off and on, but when the Christmas stock comes in we are the first there and always find something to bring home. Also carries alot of other stock and always handy when you need something quickly most of the time you will find it there.

   First time in along time being here and was disappointed as they are obviously waiting for their spring items to arrive and there was a lot of empty space and shelves. Very bad organisation if say so. Update as of this evening. Went to look at garden furniture. Found what we were looking for and asked 4 members of staff for help. In fairness one of them was going home and was helpful in trying to get someone. In the end I told her to go home. Announcement after Announcement. Spoke to customer service desk to be told someone is coming. 15 minutes later we left. What else could we do. The sale they would have got was well above £500. Support local we are being told. After this not a chance. How do they hope to do business when staff are like rabbits in headlights and not knowing what they are doing or being managed properly. Online here we come. The Range you are dead to me.

   I bought a out side table 3 years ago, with some of the money my late mummy left me, it was around £300 and I thought the Range was good quality, it is well looked after, They said No it is not under warranty, I would have been happy 4 them to fix it up....?
