   Booking of the service was no issue however Booking of the service was no issue however I gave all information of the issue with the washing machine and when the repairman came out he immediately said it would be completely uneconomical to repair. When booked I was informed that the upfront payment was inclusive of call out fee, labour and any necessary return visits to fit parts. At no point before payment was I informed that it was completely non refundable nor was I given a contract or terms or conditions to read before making payment. I have requested a partial refund as I understand that there was a call out made so I am happy to pay for that however they will not remove any cost for labour factored into the job. Only once I escalated the problem was I told they will contact the tradesman to see if he is going to charge them for the call out and if not they would refund that amount. So they were willing to reach into the tradesman’s pocket to partially refund me however not their own, Even though the tradesman is the only person that has done the right thing and made the effort come and diagnose the problem. They have said they will not refund any amount for labour that was factored into the quote originally (I also spoke with the tradesman and he was clear he would not be paid for the job as no works were completed). Extremely disappointing service, happy to take money out of customers and tradesmen’s pockets to line their own and offer almost nothing in return. Will never use the service again and I hope this review stops others.    £122 plus monthly subscription that’s call out charge Part cost me £70 which I could have bought for £30 Came the day after they said but when I spoke to them about their prices they didn’t care nor did they care they kept saying sorry I asked for a refund but I’m sure it’s a no no Told them I’m canceling my subscription and they said £50 to cancel early absolute joke of a company they should be taken off Google Just a greedy company who have no respect for their customers If I cancel it will cost me £50 but if I pay the subscription fee it will cost me £168 Probably cancel tomorrow at the earliest Really bad Company but no complaints about the lad that did the work he was good at his job But the Company stinks Only want money They couldn’t understand why the Engineer was not at my house yesterday All they said was I will have to check They’re a nightmare to get through to I sent an e mail telling them I wanted to speak to someone in authority but I’m not holding my breath In my book they broke the contract by giving me the wrong date We wait and see

   Extremely not happy cost me £149.99 for a rubber seal around a washing machine door. Only for the engineer to come out and tell me he has to order a part which is an extra £40 though he was a nice guy. Not recommended if you have the same problem as me just get a new washing machine. I'm really considering contacting trading standards that's daylight Robbery

   All they wanted to do was sell me some kind of insurance. When I refused to buy insurance they refused to come. They appear to be local company. Avoid!!!

   Avoid at all costs - they lied 3 times about having a plumber come out within 48 hours. They then said it would be early next month (today's the 9th). Not to mention they charged £120 before anyone even came out. Absolute liars. AVOID!

   This company does not exist at this location they forward jobs to local engineers and take a fee, they are a middleman do not use.
