   I recently had to return a vinyl player and was assisted by a sales associate named Josh. From start to finish, his service was outstanding — he was polite, well-mannered, and clearly an expert in what he does. took the time to listen to my enquiries, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process quick and easy. I left completely satisfied with my replacement and even picked up a new vinyl thanks to his great assistance. Excellent experience overall — thank you, Josh, for your professionalism and help!

   I was in last week and in today, today I got a bunch of dvds served my Mary and last week got 2 records served by Gary , was asked both times if I would like a bag, then told they only have tote bags for £3.99…. Fine. Got home and checked my receipt since they only do email receipts now. Shocking, £7.99 both times. I am absolutely outraged and I will be back in to get my money back.

   Haven't been in hmv for a while.missed it .what a great store .Rory was so helpfull .l collect vinal and there where a few I couldn't find I was a bit overwhelmed.but I found them in the end.thankyou Rory.will defo be back.happy days

   Always enjoy taking my daughter for a rummage around HMV. We met a lovely member of staff who spoke to my daughter about her purchased flocked funko pop...she left delighted. Lovely guy

   I like the atmosphere of HMV given its the last DVD store in the country. Staff are helpful and informative. Only problem is that anime DVDs and Blu Rays are extortionately expensive, the blame lies on the distributor and studios and not the store. I miss the third floor they used to have open to customers, however they moved all of the products downstairs.

   Exceptional! Hands down one of the best record sections I've had the pleasure of flicking through. Had a real sense of care and attention to detail in every section. Individual, hand written notes on staff recommendations which showed such a passion and love for the music. The rest of the store was very well presented and had a vast variety of products. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and look forward to my next.
