   The service is always quick, staff are always brilliant BUT this is more of a personal review towards Jono (I believe), i came in distraught as id already promised my son a hot chocolate that morning. I was already dealing with the loss of my unborn baby 3 weeks ago, and then received further devastating news an hour before I attended. I thought i was holding myself together pretty well, but Jono saw through it. His kindness and cuddle that day literally saved my life, no exaggeration! Not only is he a credit to the company, but just an absolute beautiful soul! Saying Thank you will just never be enough.

   Think it’s terrible that you pay £4/£5 for a coffee for it to be full of Froff, this is my coffee after it’s settled, it happens everytime and I always have to ask for it to be topped up with milk, this time I’d already left and was in my car.

   Most of the staff at the Arnold Front St branch are very polite and professional and helpful. The manager is very hands on and keeps the shop running very well. What you expect as a manager. Where other Costa shops not very cleN or good service. Well done Front St shop.

   It's a Costa sovyou know what you'regoing to get. Every time I come in here the staff are lovely, friendly and make you feel welcome. I like the Americano Coffee and a cake. Busy vibrant coffee shop in the shopping area.

   Very busy location, while visiting I stayed at an Airbnb behind this coffee shop, every morning I would have some coffee. Loved the cheese and tomato sandwich, they toast it to near perfection. The staff were friendly and helpful.

   We go to costa nearly every day and the staff are all excellent polite and are always very helpful nothing too much trouble Its a very well managed coffee shop. The staff certainly earn their money Even when not busy which isnt very often the staff are constantly cleaning equipment Well done costa in Arnold

   We ordered a herbal tea with a ham and cheese sandwich. The sandwich was hot and delicious. The cafe was busy but drinks were served quickly! Would recommend for when catching up with friends and family :)

   My husband visits 3-4 times a week and I visit probably once a fortnight but I have to say that the coffee/breakfast is always piping hot and fresh but what makes this place is the staff. They are always helpful and friendly but the icing on the cake is Jacob. He is always so welcoming, knows exactly what you want, takes the time to ask how you are, makes an amazing coffee but is also very quick and efficient. I've seen him with other customers and he really makes you feel like you are the only customer in the cafe, not just the next person in the queue. He is a real credit to Costa and the reason for our return visits!

   All the staff are exceptional! The manager Jono really gets to know his customers & is always friendly! Excellent Service. Fabulous Hot Chocolate & various Coffees. Good range of Cakes. Smaller range of Savoury snacks. Free WiFi & customer toilets. Always busy & local families, & friends use as a regular meeting place. Baby & child friendly. Staff become friends & all the Team genuinely care about customers.
