They really need to get those lights all sorted. People keep complaining and nothing gets done. I have sensory issues and I'm sick and tired of two or three lights always blinking or flickering.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience. Service was slow, and after I had already paid, I was told that half of what I ordered wasn’t available. While I was waiting, staff dropped a cup that hit another customer. It wasn’t cleaned up properly, shards were still on the floor five minutes later when first aid arrived. They eventually mopped it up but failed to put out any wet floor signs for 10–15 minutes, creating a clear slip hazard. My meal took over 35 minutes to arrive despite the place being far from busy, and when it finally did arrive, it was cold, chewy, and tasteless. Overall, not worth the time or money, and I left feeling that safety and customer care were not a priority here.

Had the breakfast here the sausages have shrunk the bacon is as thin as paper hash browns cremated beans watery mushrooms dry. The trays not cleaned properly this is the last time I ever eat at a morrinsons cafe over priced rubbish I can not recommend this place.

I was told they didn't do hot food because of staff shortages. This was at 2.15 on a Sunday. Wanted 2 senior breakfasts. Got a donut & a shortbread biscuit. Won't bother again.

Visited a couple of weeks back at the request of my daughter, who used to love having her dinner here. Checked online for the opening times which stated 6pm so we arrived just after 5.15pm. Started looking at the menu only to be told there was no hot food as the cooking equipment gets shut off around 5pm to allow it to cool before being cleaned. Wasted visit as we ended up going else where. If the majority of the menu isn't available then the cafe should not be advertised as open. We left with one very disappointed little girl, and won't be returning again.

The staff in the cafe, very over worked having to serve at the till, make drinks and clean the tables,by one person,!who in their right mind move the coffee/drinks machine from being self service, how the young lady kept a smile on her face was beyond me?the lady cooking is in the same situation. Been many times to this cafe and always the same, shame on you Morrisons!

Me and my partner used to come often but the kitchen staff don’t do a very good job Allways water soaked toast with scrambled eggs Undercooked bacon consistently And the funny one is asking for a poached egg being told don’t have any at the moment? I didn’t realise they came in packets They’re cooked to order you Wally! If you Cant be arsed get a new job !!! Need to rethink the kitchen staff as they’re just lazy coming out with stuff like that. Shame as it was once a thriving cafe. Hopefully it gets back up to how it used to be

Staff are delightful and nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant itself is light and airy, always space to sit down. Service at the till is pretty quick and if they're busy you can always ask how long the wait for food will be. I chose the Super Scrambled Eggs which weren't at all super.....overcooked and crumbly. I guess they use an egg mix rather than fresh eggs, which is why I couldn't get poached eggs on this occasion - they come in those funny little sachets in order to keep their shape. Good value food, even if I didn't enjoy it on this occasion - far cheaper and healthier than other food options on this retail park.
