   I came to Starbucks for a coffee and a meal. Eva served me with a smile and professionalism in her customer care service experience. Eva would be a wonderful mentor for training and encouragement. She would also be a wonderful assistant to the role of managing the cafe. There's many attributes that make her a wonderful candidate for the roles I have recommended her for. These are 1 professional and productive 2 gives a wonderful customer service experience to everyone 3 reliable and proactive 4 always goes above and beyond. Eva is a perfect example of quality customer service experience and care.

   Not great experience! I got my order wrong and even when I told them this they made it wrong again!Awful taste as well. Horrible mess everywhere but staff doesn’t care even if it wasn’t busy at all. Perfect place if you want just wast your money.

   Visited the drive through today and accidentally split coffee on myself (completely my fault) The Barista who served me at the window to went out of her way to make sure i was okay and not burnt and tried to take responsibility for my clumsy moment. Staff member is an absolute treasure to the store. And would like to pass my gratitude along to her (Also just to advise that I wasn’t burnt as have a high tolerance to boiling water)

   I always have such a good experience with one of the baristas, Nikita. She always greets me with a welcoming and friendly mood and I don’t think there’s ever been a time I’ve not seen her smiling and bringing a positive, uplifting vibe! And her strawberry açai refreshers are to die for!

   Very disappointed!!! When spending £3-£5 on a coffee you would assume that the “barista” knows what there doing!!!! No one knows what a double macchiato is!!! Paying for an extra shot and getting just milk!!! Thank you Starbucks!!!!

   Super slow service and the kid with the Afro on the drive through has zero manners and doesn’t listen. Got my order totally wrong and still had an attitude with no “thanks” or “please” The one in Sainsbury’s further down is much better and employ actual friendly staff.

   Everyone is always so nice but today was exceptional. We spoke with Morgan who served our food and was extremely helpful and gave us all such a good energy! I will come back there just to speak with him again! :)

   Absolutely disgusting service. after waiting 30 minutes in the queue to collect from drive-through. We decided to send someone in as we where told it would be quicker. Subsequently we where met with a scowl and a dirty look when we eventually had to drive past the window, and the order we made 35 minutes earlier was poured done the sink in front of us.

   Staff were very nice and my Mrs loved her Iced white mocha. Great selection of cakes and plenty of seating. Visited again and the drinks recommended by the barrister was amazing.
