    As a Sales Progressor for a large independent estate agents I have dealt with Sarah on many files over many years, and I find her excellent. My role is to track the sale through the conveyancing process, monitor the chain, keep vendors and purchasers updated, and basically do what I can to ensure our sale goes through to exchange and completion. The most important thing in any sale is a decent solicitor, who I can speak to for updates, help out when they need assistance with matters, and generally work together with to get the job done. Sarah gets the conveyancing work done with minimal fuss and maximum efficiency. I deal with a lot of solicitors and Sarah is one of the very few I would use myself. Highly recommended.
