   In 2020 I was a customer of Ian Henery and was unfortunate to have lost far more than £1000 with this firm. They very much dislike bad reviews and letters. Yet they mess peoples cases up, give poor and even negligent advice and try to deflect this back to the customer. They themselves are not innocent when it comes to a little defamation of customers (I have evidence of this in writing). My sincere advice would be to find a more trustworthy, well trained firm. For comments to be defamatory, they have to be untruthful? My evidence proves otherwise (total honesty)!

   I would like to say how helpful Ian Henery is. I had a face to face visit with Ian Henery who put me totally at ease and was very honest with me. I previously had a solicitor to help me with my SA of who would only carry out a telephone call, I didnt feel 100% confident he had my best interests at heart. This was the total opposite when I visited Mr henery he listened and helped me feel confident in the decisions I was making.

Explained my situation to Mr Henery who listened and provided me with practical advice on what my next steps should be. He didn't charge for this initial consultation and I left feeling more certain on how to proceed with my situation. Mr Henery came across as genuinely looking out for my best interests.

   We received a Highly Professional, Polite Service from this firm and are extremely pleased we have found them. After dealing with a couple of other firms , one of which we found on an Internet comparison Site and received a very poor service from them. We feel very lucky to of found this firm as the service given makes us feel like our previous solicitors of 30 plus years who has retired. We would HIGHLY recommend this firm.
