Invited to a tour of the roasters. Warm welcome, coffee on tap and cake!! Given a in-depth talk by staff how coffee beans are chosen and how they are then roasted. Led by experts and explained in a manner that was easy to understand. A great afternoon, thanks.
We had a great time having a tour of the Roastery and seeing how they source their great coffee. The staff were super knowledgeable and gave a very through and detailed demonstration of their coffee roasting in practice. Front of house staff were brilliant as well making amazing coffee and cakes. We also got some valuable tips on how to Improve our own coffee making back at home.
Great experience buying my new Sage Barista Pro machine (Stainless Steel). A better price than buying directly from Sage by a staggering £100 plus a complementary 1kg bag of 200 degree beans. I ordered after 3pm on a Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday. So far so good, took me a few goes to dial in the grinder settings and it now makes a lovely cup of joe. Cheers guys
An absolute 5 star coffee house and not only for their coffee but for their hospitality too. I came to their roasting house today for 10th anniversary/birthday celebrations and had a great time enjoying their hospitality which was second to none. I am already a big fan of 200 Degree coffee and often frequent their coffee shops within Nottingham to have a very delicious Hand crafted cut of house roast coffee. I purchased some beans after really enjoying the Guatemalan at one of their coffee shops. Unfortunately the beans were already 3 1/2 weeks old by the time I received them which for a 'fresh is best' small roastery is not not good. After raising the issue, they immediately sent a fresh replacement. It's often not until a problem is encountered that you see the true customer service ethic of a business. In my case 200 Degrees have shone. Thank you.
Excellent coffee, been a long time user of the "Brazilian Love Affair" and we recently tried "La Nina De Guatemala" and is also brilliant as well. Really quality coffee and when we pair it with our Sage Espresso machine its a dream. Used to go a lot at Costa but no need to anymore. Also wanted to thank Matt for sending some coffee to me and my brother. Coffee time now.
200° is my new favourite place to go for coffee. It's local (beans are roasted in Nottingham), the coffee is SO good (really smooth), the syrups are home made and the service is always great. Even though you get a take out drink the Barista will still do latte art on your coffee because that's how much they CARE. So so good.
