    We bought 3 new beds from them. The sales service was unhurried as they focused on ensuring that each bed was what we wanted and needed. The delivery team were also brilliant. Friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you James and Jake. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

    We visited the Wednesbury store and were lucky enough to be served by Rob. He was very patient with us despite the store closing soon and ensured we had a smooth experience. Rob went above and beyond the expected customer service in mine and my wife’s view and we walked away really happy with our purchase. A shout out to the rest of the team as they also seemed lovely.     Paul and James were excellent. Arrived ahead of time. Introduced themselves and asked where the matrasses should be placed. Removed their shoes without being asked, which showed professionalism and great customer service. Very polite, perfect first impressions. Old matrass was removed quickly and new ones installed. Great service from this delivery team and an extension to what we'd experienced in the store. All much appreciated.

    Visited on Sunday (14/9/25) nice and welcoming. No pressure from the Staff. We were dealt with professionally by Rob. We chose our items and he kindly recommended a mattress far more suitable for my daughter. This is the second time we have been and ordered with Rob. Thank you Rob this made the whole experience simple and saved endless testing of products. Would definitely recommend.

    Rogue and Incompetent. Apparently the items we bought should not have been available for sale but were sold it regardless. We were only informed seven days after we purchased the item and less then an hour before the items were scheduled to be delivered that we would not be getting the items we had paid for. We were later informed that the company has a seven day cooling off period. We were not informed of this at the point of sale even though there were three staff members involved in the purchase or at any point during the 7 days following this. We were only informed by phone call when the delivery was halted by orders of β€˜Head Office’. There was no correspondence by email to let us know of any issues. Clearly, there are serious communication and staff training issues in this store as funds were taken from bank account at the store at point of sale and it took a week to be informed of the incorrect sale, only on receiving a phone call from the store manager the day after the delivery was due to take place were we informed of the 7 day cooling off period. No sales staff made us aware of a cooling off period at any point. Absolutely appalling customer service. We were given our money back and an apology but did not receive the goods we paid for. This does not compensate for the time wasted clearing and cleaning rooms, arranging transportation and waiting for phone calls when under the impression the delivery would be going ahead as planned. Simply not good enough. Will not be visiting Bensons for Beds again due to our unacceptable experience of incompetent staff and badly managed store, appalling communication and rogue sales practices. If possible, would be giving a 0 rating.

    I went to the store yesterday to order a sofa bed, and I called today to cancel as I didn't need the sofa bed. I was told that I would be charged 20% when I called but this was not discussed during the purchase at the store. It's not on your terms and conditions or the receipt.

    After waiting three (3 ) weeks for my delivery the order was cancelled and rebooked the evening before its due date. It was then scheduled for an additional three (3) weeks with no real choice or option of date and time. There as no consideration that I had already took a day off work to receive the original delivery. This brought the wait to a total of six (6 )weeks. By then I had already disposed of my daughters old mattress. I contacted customer service but there was little to no resolve or offer of compensation. The person I spoke to was apologetic but unfortunately that wasn’t good enough. Really disappointed and shocked with the service. I will never spend money with this company again. .

    Excellent customer service received from them and received several messages from them regarding the delivery. Delivery drivers were very pleasant too.

    We were told that you have a 40 day sleep guarantee on the mattress you purchase and can exchange if not happy. What they did not tell us or any of their customers is that there is a 10% charge of the cost of your matttress if you do change your mattress. We were not happy as we made numerous trips to the store and the management were adamant they would not remove the charge. Their competition Dreams do not charge. very dissapointed.
