My sandals are great, bought them in the sale at a good price too. Customer care is excellent since I needed to speak with them, such friendly staff in this shoe shop too. Delivery was also very fast. Highly recommended to others, couldn't be better. I will be placing more orders soon!

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Purchased some Clarkes shoes for my mum, she tried them on and walked around a carpeted living room and they had a fault with them. I phoned as I was told they’d been worn, had scuffs and I spoke with the owner of the company who refused to refund them. I now have to take this to small claims court. The company are a joke over shoes they can see are quite clearly faulty.
Visited today, excellent and helpful service. We bought 4 pairs of shoes after many months of visiting other shoe shops, where service was lacking. Would recommend this shop.
