   Ordered through Wowcher The bed was clearly advertised as coming with a mattress but was delivered without a mattress, when I called to follow up they said multiple people had called saying the same thing and that I needed to speak to wowcher - you can only do this via WhatsApp and Wowcher end up passing you through to a cosy sleep representative... But it's the same WhatsApp chat /number It's a big scam The beds are not worth the price without the mattresses and they just ghost you when you complain I've complained to ASA and trading standards

   DO NOT GET A BED FROM HERE!!! I ordered this bed on WOWCHER My bed came and the mattress was missing! The headboard & slats that go under the bed was pre-made so did not fit up the stairs. On Monday I called Cozyysleep and the women on the phone called Shereen stated that she can exchange the bed with a headboard and slats that be would packaged differently to go upstairs and the missing mattress will be provided “within the week”. I asked as I’m dyslexic could they follow this up with an email to which she agreed. Now it’s Friday & I haven’t been contacted so I called them and another man is stating that they are delivering the same bed again (which makes no sense) & that I’ll be charged £70 for a collection fee which wasn’t mentioned either. My dad who took over the call told the man he was going g to call back in 5 mins whilst we discuss our options and conveniently now they refuse to ANSWER THE PHONE I have called over 10 times and he still has not answered. They are with holding my refund to impact my 14 day return contact. THIS IS A SCAM!! The customer service here is absolutely shocking. I WANT MY FULL REFUND!! Also when you google the shop it looks fake!!

   STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Bought a wowcher for 3 beds. First bed come with headboard nothing like the picture. Sent another one 2 months later and the hole to attach to bed does match and the backing of the headboard is absolutely shocking. Bought 2 black beds and send me 2 different headboards finally got the correct headboard after weeks of going back and forth! the measurements are not the same! Both beds are in the same room so now look stupid! If you phone the number they call you on for delivery they just say we only deliver them but call the number on the website for the beds it’s the same person lol!

   I purchased the voucher off wowcher, and I have to admit, I was so nervous not knowing what to expect. Although it does not feel real on wowcher, I had to pay a separate delivery charge of £29.99 but the full total is only £290, so I contacted the company to double check my order had gone through. Which it had, the representative at the other end was polite and extremely helpful - delivery was due on the 31st but I received my bed on the 26th also a courtesy call to inform me of my delivery two days before. Arrived, and the delivery driver was polite and helpful, even taking the parts upstairs with me. Unpacking the bed, I was impressed with the quality and all the protective measures of packaging. For the money, it is incredible. My daughter has not slept this well in years, found my go to shop now. Wow, even my parents are thinking of purchasing one.

   Fast efficient delivery and very friendly service. Order placed on 25th September with an estimated delivery on 5th October. The team called on 28th September to advise delivery for the following day. Super easy to assemble and they even included some spare screws and clips just in case, unfortunately one of the feet was broken when I unpackaged it but a quick call to customer services and they're sending me a replacement. Can't fault the company at all, really happy with my purchase!
