   Absolutely Amazing Experience with FeatureDeco! I purchased the Kingswinford Aluminium Rattan Corner Firepit Sofa Set and I couldn’t be happier! The quality of the furniture is exceptional, and it looks stunning in our garden. A huge shoutout to Pranav, who went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect set. What really set FeatureDeco apart was the ability to visit their warehouse — seeing the products in person and trying them out before buying gave us complete confidence in our purchase. Delivery was super quick — just 3 working days, which is amazing compared to the 2–3 week lead times we were quoted by other companies. Assembly was a breeze. The instructions were clear, and most of the pieces came pre-assembled, making the whole process stress-free. Overall, we’re genuinely impressed with the service, quality, and attention to detail from everyone at FeatureDeco. Great work, guys — keep it up!

   Pergolas. Do not buy. I've had a terrible experience with them. They are cheap imports from China. The company will claim to know about the product but when questioned, they open their own products and put them together to enable them to answer your question. Or they ask people in China and you have to wait for them to respond. They have no phone so you can't speak to anyone. Your only option is email contact. The advert promises bolts, but they aren't sent so you have no means of securing it to the ground. It took me weeks to get them sent out, and they were from for the ground type. Advert for the product was factually incorrect. The company blamed another company for writing their adverts which is why they weren't aware of the errors. The advert promised colour changing lights, but they were white lights only. I was no recompensed for this. I was told it was another company's fault who wrote their advert and they also had no idea the lights didn't change colour. Fragile in bad weather. They will move in strong wind and become compromised. If their pergolas are remotely exposed they will not tolerate the wind. They are too light. If there is a fault, the company will not compensate you or admit liability. I had several features that were technically impossible to make work. All of them were my fault because nobody has ever complained before and they're made in a factory so it's impossible ke that they're faulty. Instructions are awful. Highly unlikely you will make sense of a lot of them. They lack detail and graphics. Several parts have no explanation for their purpose. This is a complex and time consuming build which is not explained and the instructions make it worse. They're a shambles of a company. I would seriously stay clear of their pergolas. They are poor quality. Go to a company that specialises in them.

   We visited the showroom and were amazed by the variety and quality of all the furniture. We purchased the kingswinford and have been blown away by the fast delivery, helpful service and quality of our furniture. Truly amazing company and couldn’t recommend enough. John in the showroom was super helpful and very knowledgeable. He couldn’t do enough to help us with our decision. He’s a credit to the company.

   Had a sofa in 2018 which we loved. Lasted well and even now looked great. Husband wanted a corner sofa, so we spent £1100 on one. Arrived with a damaged table too which they’ve swapped. But we still have a massive box with the old one awaiting collection. Really not happy with the corner sofa. It’s all in cubes, I do not recommend this. Non fit together right, for the backs to be level these big gaps are in between the cubes, and vice Versa. Even with the clips. It just looks a mess. The cushion fabric is horrible too, or like our nice last one with was nice soft and comfortable. This is tough and scratchy. In future I’ll be buying one I see in the shop.

   Terrible customer service. They took my order and payment, it was stated that delivery would be 7-14 days. When I contacted them after 10 days requesting an update, I was informed that they were unable to deliver to me and would issue a refund. Bad business practice & communication.

   Went to the showroom yesterday, the young lady who saw to us was patient, helpful and knowledgeable about the furnitures. Had the goods delivered today by John and Martin who were professional and very helpful. So far have not used the furniture but it looks impressive. Would recommend.

   Ordered the Fulham 8pc L shape sofa set with firepit dining table ... wow, fantastic service! Ordered online on the Monday & received on Thursday, i was kept up to date with emails & phone calls regarding the process. The quality is amazing, both the furniture & the cushions, very comfortable with high backs on the chairs/sofa & good leg depth when sitting. Haven’t set the table up yet as it has poured with rain & snow since delivery. Anyone considering this dining set should definitely go for it - You won’t be disappointed.

   I had ordered a outdoor sofa set from another online retailer, however they informed me the day before delivery that they would not be able to fulfill the order. So I found feature deco based on other reviews I ordered it on a bank holiday weekend and it was on my drive the Wednesday. Excellent customer service and the delivery driver was very friendly. Quality of product is brilliant and we have thoroughly enjoyed it so far.

   Royal Winchester Grand Set After lots of research and visits to many garden centres I found FeatureDECO online. Not wanting to buy without seeing the goods we took a trip to the showroom in Walsall and were not disappointed.We were attended to by a very courteous and helpful young lady Lauren. The Grand Royal Winchester set we wanted was 'in production'. On our return home we decided to pre order the set and knew delivery would be available following our holiday return in early June - perfect! Our friends loved the set too and decided to order the same. When the delivery arrived the driver couldn't have been more helpful. The packaging was excellent and we are very pleased with the quality of the furniture which comes ready assembled - what a bonus! Excellent value for money - highly recommended. Edit
