   Just had the most perfect interaction with the person in this store, with pink hair and a sick espeon tattoo. She was super good with my son while she did his passport photos, and his ND wasn't a factor because she interacted so genuinely. Afterwards, she had a long conversation with both of my children about pokemon and video games, and it was about the purest retail experience of my life. Thank you, you made my day.

   We recently visited this store to obtain our daughters passport photos. Not an easy task, especially with an excited 2 year old! The store assistant Rhiannon was amazing. Taking the time to ensure that not only were the photos to the standard we needed but also that our daughter felt involved in the process. Rhannon not only managed to accomplish this with ease but also multitasked ensuring that other customers visiting the store were assisted. Again amazing and friendly service.

   Brilliant service. Thought I had no chance of repairing my favourite shoes but Rhiannon went the extra mile to sort them out. Thanks so much, it is really appreciated. Calling to reassure me they were fixable and also to make sure any extra parts of the shoe that needed work on were done before I arrived. Can’t ask for anything better than that. Would highly recommend.

   The wife had a boot disaster today so we visited Timpsons at Roborough for a solution. Jamie who was manning the place pulled all the stops out and produced a miracle. What a great guy and a credit to Timpson. Found out they'd expanded their range of products and services from Jamie so I'll be back soon. HUGE THANK YOU TO JAMIE.

   SHOCKING. Visited several times today, each time closed. I finally managed to get in front of the pink haired women behind the counter, she wasn’t willing to resole my shoes because she claims she didn’t have time. I asked why, it previously took 30 mins and they don’t close for an hour… she wasn’t interest in working, she honestly didn’t want to be there - it was clear. I will NEVER use this company ever again… get rid of these staff, they’re killing your business.
