   The barista was lovely, I forgot to ask for whole milk and she switched it for me even though she had already started making the drink. She also gave me some of the plant-based light whip to try as I didn't know whether to get that or regular whipped cream!

   My favourite Costa. The staff are so lovely and helpful in here - they'll offer to bring your tray if you're struggling, they spot people needing help at the door, they are just genuinely lovely people. Wish they had more vegan food options but that's not the Hucknall branch's fault.

   Fantastic Costa coffee shop. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. They go the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble. Very helpful when with children as they’ve often held the door open for my pushchair and never complained about the mess my kids made with food and drinks. Their drinks are always really well made and attractive and they’re happy to put on a foil cover when taking drinks away for safe transport in the car. Can’t recommend Yamine, Josh and the team enough. Lovely and convenient place for coffee!

   I have to say the staff in here are so amazing, especially the manager who works there. Even when it has been busy, the staff always seem to have a positive attitude making for a good experience. This particular Costa is by far the best I have been too and I will always go to this Costa instead of going elsewhere.

   Really going off Costa fed up of getting awful drinks by the time I have queued and took my seat my coffee is not what I got and it's very sloppy at times

   Really nice Comfortable Costa. We sat outside with our bikes. Had toastie cheese toastie coffee and cake. Young girl on the counter sure she will get better soon. But all good. Keep up the good work
