Staff here are lovely and always make me feel welcome, fast service and always a great hot chocolate!
Chris was warm and friendly. Smiling and having a conversation with every customer. Helping with the drinks and food. It was great to get such a good quality customer care after a long time. Thank you Chris.

It was quite busy but overall staff very polite and drink (tea) was made well. Asked how much milk I wanted which I appreciate. Also had a chocolate cornflake cake which was very nice too.
The beautiful place at the beautiful Jubilee Campus. It was my first visit and what an amazing experience. I had a hot chocolate and bubble tea. What a combination of hot and cold. The place is just awesome. Warm seating inside and some benches outside to make you feel cool. But the benches were all drenched with water. Well it rains all the time here. This place has got lovely snacks and drinks on the menu. Nice to while away your time when you are on a break. Cheers to Costa Coffee, I had a nice time.
First visit. Sat in. Got told I couldn't have a proper glass, as there were "only two of us in." Rude. Had coffee in take out cups, tasted horrible.
