   There are no toilet rolls in this store. You will have to wait until Lidl across the car park opens so they can go out and buy some. There were no toilet rolls yesterday either!

   Once again a lovely trip to Costa at Beechdale. Staff are so welcoming and friendly you're met with a nice smile and "Good Morning" served with your favourite coffee, which is always made to perfection. There is only one thing missing to make this an excellent experience, and that is that for the last couple of months the 'air con' has been broken. This certainly puts a black mark on this superb.coffee shop which I believe is the best in Nottingham. With the hearwave it has certainly worked against this amazing coffee shop. Definitely 5 out of 5.

   Popped in after food shopping and before leaving the retail park- it took about half an hour to get through the queue and get a latte on a sunday…. just got the parking charge for being 12minutes over the parking limit, had they served coffee in a timely manner i would be £45 richer right now

   This may be the best Costa in Nottingham. Staff friendly and moving so quickly Restaurant spotless. Even music was cheerful but not intrusive. I've been to a lot of different Costas but this is the best I've visited.

   Went in today around lunch time, was asked several times by the same staff member if me and my friend were eating in or taking away. We told them the first time round we will be sitting in. (There was no need to constantly ask the same question.) There were 3 members of staff on duty at that time, two were standing talking to each other instead of preparing our order and the other staff member was just walking around. They took ages making the drinks, we got charged service charge for eating in and got given drinks in take out cups instead which was shocking. The overall service was rubbish, the staff need to be re trained and to pay more attention to the customers and doing the job they have been employed for rather than having a chit chat with one another!

   No words ..very bad service .. one of the girls was sweeping near our table while the child was eating .. it's not normal .. all the dust was lifted from the floor..!

   Drinks they make so quickly doesn’t taste as it should I have experienced few times not going there any more poor customer service.

   I was there at 16:50 and the staff did not let me in when I wanted to buy take away. A member of the staff standing not far from the door could see me but totally ignored enjoying her mobile phone conversation. The drivers were still being served at that time. It says that the shop opens till 17:00. Costa sends promotional leaflets to my door but in reality its staff does not care at all.
