I booked a deep clean for my flat and was really impressed with the results. The team did a great job — all the appliances were left in brilliant condition, the carpets and furniture came out super clean, and the whole place has a fresh, clean smell. Very professional and thorough. Would definitely recommend.
I recently completed my end-of-tenancy process, and overall, the experience was smooth and well-organized. The inspection was scheduled at a convenient time, and the agent clearly explained what needed to be checked. Communication was professional, and I received updates quickly. In general, the end-of-tenancy procedure was efficient and stress-free. I would recommend this service to others who are finishing a rental contract.

I paid to have a flat DEEP CLEANED, I was due to move to and the deep clean was not done to the standards listed on their website. The cleaners only cleaned the areas I had pointed out and neglected everything else. This property was empty of any furniture so there was nothing in their way. They only spent 1hr and 20 mins and left. Before my move I came to the property and noticed mould in the bathroom, unclean bathroom floor, towel rack and other surfaces. Unclean cupboard and unclean hobs. The carpet was also not cleaned properly after paying extra for it to be cleaned. The cleaners agreed to come back to clean at a later date, this meant that I had to delay the arrival of the moving van and this cost me money. When I came back to my flat after the second clean, which they only took under an hour, to my surprise I still found some areas unclean. The bathroom floor was still not cleaned, there was mould between the bathroom tiles, the dishwasher was still dirty (filter area), the kitchen cupboards were still dirty. They do have potential but I feel greatly cheated by this company, I did call the main office and no one offered me anything to change the situation. Till this day I am still waiting for the pictures of the cleaned areas they said the cleaners took. They are not to be trusted and I feel as though my kindness was taken for granted.

The team did a wonderful job on a large house as we were moving out. Very pleased with the result. Excellent prompt communication at all stages. Would recommend.
My friend is very disappointed, I recommended the cleaners to them, they charged £160 for cleaning and didn't clean properly. The they didn't clean under the plant pots on the window sill and just around them. They had said this was including carpet on stairs and landing and then argued with my friend to say it wasn't included. They said she had too much clutter, we'll for £160 for 3 hours, we'd expect a better professional standard and cleaning experience.
