Had my landing, stairs, hallway, living room and a large rug cleaned today. Very polite service and a job well done. Staff arrived on time. Kept me informed the night before of arrival time. Staff were very careful of my belongings, checking with me before moving anything. Very good. I would recommend. Cream carpet throughly cleaned.

Unfortunately our experience with the company didn’t go well. I initially called them to clean the mattresses and do an end of tenancy cleaning. The big mattress was left full of dust, it wasn’t hoovered. I called them back and sent them the video and they could only agree the work wasn’t properly done. For the cleaning I came back home to check, the mould on the windows was so obvious and the washing machine area wasn’t even touched. I left them to clean it and they did. I obviously couldn’t check every little detail in the flat, but the Inventory company raised several issues and defined the cleaning as domestic, not professional. They had to call another professional cleaner which we had to pay for. JB’s policy was to let them know of any issues in the 3 days but we had left london on the next day, so we couldn’t do anything. And unfortunately they couldn’t help when we told them about the Inventory check, saying the letting agent and the cleaning company work together to take money from people’s deposits. I can only leave a 1 star here, and I feel sorry about it but I wouldn’t recommend them.
Johnson was very attentive with the task in hand and from a very dirty carpet, you could see the colour again, as for the mattress this was left very clean and has a very clean and fresh smell! I would use JB cleaning services again!
This company has invested a lot in their training and works to industry standards when cleaning carpets or upholstery. Would definitely recommend these
