   First time using this company and they will now be the only one I turn to. Had some very heavy stained upholstery and after contacting Yulia, the communication was immediate, courteous and arrangements were really easy. I was given a quote and there were no hidden extras. Their cleaner turned up bang on time , was super polite and respectful of my wooden floors with his equipment. He worked SO hard to make sure everything was a good as it could be( which was excellent) and then cleaned up swiftly and efficiently afterwards. Can't recommend them any more highly. Brilliant.

   I’ve been using Efficient Cleaning for over 4 years now for both post-builders cleaning and regular weekly domestic cleaning, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Every single visit is carried out to the highest standard, with incredible attention to detail. The team is punctual, professional, and completely trustworthy—it’s such a relief knowing I can rely on them week after week. After renovation works, they left the place spotless and dust-free, which is no small feat. It’s rare to find a cleaning company that’s consistently excellent for so many years, but Efficient Cleaning truly lives up to their name. Would give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could.

   Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. I was charged £260 for what they claimed was a “deep cleaning” service — but what I got was a rushed, surface-level clean that left my flat still dirty. Four cleaners showed up and barely did anything. It felt like they were just there to tick a box and leave. I had to bring in another cleaner afterwards to fix the mess. When I complained, their only response was to offer sending the same people back, which I obviously refused. I asked for a fair resolution — at least a 50% refund — but instead they pressured me into paying £210, even threatening debt collectors. This company is a scam, completely unprofessional, and dishonest in what they advertise. Calling what they did a “deep clean” is fraudulent. Avoid at all costs — I would never use or recommend them again

   As a landlord with a number of flats in Richmond/Kew I have really struggled to find a good reliable cleaning company to clean our flats either for end of tenancy cleans or after we have had builders in to a standard I am happy with. Thankfully I have now found Efficient Cleaning, I have used them a couple of times now and have been very pleased with the cleaning they have done. They are easy to deal with, good communication, turn up on time and do an excellent job. I will definitely be using them again.

   Extremely helpful and trustworthy team - we have been using them for 6 months and have always felt in very safe hands. Paulina is the sweetest and kindest cleaner we have ever had - she is a pleasure to have around the house. She does the little things that don't go un-noticed, like taking my washing out of the machine and hanging it out if I have forgotten to do so before work. Would recommend this company and their cleaners.

   Really impressed by the professional service from all of the office, the cleaner and the steam cleaner. They did a short notice moving clean including steam cleaning mattress and upholstery on a flat which had been empty for a long time. The difference before & after was incredible and the staff were really friendly - special thanks to the excellent Stella. Strong recommendation for the company.

   We’ve just had our first clean and would like to say how impressed we are with the standard and the way everything was arranged. Started with a deeper clean and never had our house cleaned so well although we’ve tried several companies over the years. They took time to visit, make detailed notes and estimate how long is needed, which made a big difference. Also sent me a list with all I needed to have as cleaning products. Asked me for feedback and if there is anything they could improve next time, which was nice. Professional, polite and helpful. Very good start and I’m so glad I’ve found you.
