The whole team at Automates are lovely, very friendly and helpful. So much better customer service from this local business. They have looked after several of my family members and have done quick and efficient repairs on ovens, tumble driers and washing machines for us over the years. I called them this week to ask for help with my oven, they were here within 24 hours, talked through the problems and repaired it then and there and saved my little boys birthday party this weekend. I can’t fault the service and all repairs have been done to a high standard and at a very fair price. It’s so good to have such a good local firm that helps quickly and without being without the machine for days or weeks on end like you would be from a national company or expensive insurance that often doesn’t cover everything. Automates were brilliant I had a fault with my machine that could have been unrepairable but was worth checking . Automates came out very quickly and were able to repair straight away. They were quick workers and left no mess. They charged a very reasonable fee. They could easily have said it was not repairable and sold me a new machine but they did not. Very happy to recommend Automates and will use again .
Cannot fault them - so helpful in the shop, and the delivery drivers are helpful too, on time and friendly. Prices are competitive. So nice to have a local, friendly and reliable business.
I ordered a washing machine on the 18th and by 22nd it had been delivered, installed and I was using it. They also removed my old machine. I can’t recommend this firm highly enough. They will be my first call for any future white goods.
Brilliant experience dealing with Automates. Called up to replace the element in a grill and they had the part installed and tested on the same day for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended service.

Excellent service. I needed a new washing machine - ordered yesterday and delivered this morning. The customer service on the phone was extremely polite and helpful. Also the delivery and installation guys couldn't have been more helpful. Our flat is in a tricky spot for parking and getting a washing machine in and out of - they did a thoroughly professional job with no grumbles. Entirely recommend.
Needed a new element for my built in oven. I found Automates on the internet, phoned them and then called in to their shop. I was served by an incredibly helpful gent who already had the part put aside. It's now fitted and working. Great service.
Better than a first class service. I have used Automates for spare parts for years and always had excellent service, if it wasn't in stock it would be there in a couple of days. The day before Christmas eve our fridge freezer packed up and needed to get a new one. Looked around on line and could not get one in time so I gave Automates a ring. then went over to see what was in stock. They had exactly what I wanted .It was delivered at 09:00 the following morning ( Christmas eve) . Automates has always and will be my go to place .
